This Druid build is rather endgame, than starter viable since you have requirements for gear, but nothing too grindy. It is recommended to level as a summoner/normal bear.
Shockwave druid's clear is not something spectacular, AoE is small but satisfying to clear even the biggest packs in 2-3 hits.
It eats Heralds for breakfast and doesn't care about anything due to its huge HP pool and Attack Speed.
Leech is insane, looking like OG life tap. So if you are hit heavy you will be full in 1 hit.

Drop last points to Oak Sage for bonus Max HP and Oak Sage life pool.
You don''t want your Oak being a lvl.1 Slime so give him some love.
Gameplay
The loop is not difficult. No Prebuff gear required apart from Call To Arms.
Pre-buff : Buff BC - BO → Transform → Summon everything → Buff Everything with BC BO → Swap to main hand.
Farming : Teleport or Walk → Start winding up Maul until maximum (throw a few maul attacks every minute or so to maintain, its a long buff) → Shockwave everything

IAS 131 - 7 frame - It's very crucial to reach this attack speed BP.
Weapon - Grandfather / Crafted Weapon / Kraken's Fury
I love grandfather cause its a lot of raw damage. It just destroys the game. The only thing that can probably outshine is crafted and not by much.
Kraken's Fury is a popular choice by many but I don't justify the use of it and ill explain why.
Grandfather destroys everything and stops for few hits only on bosses and heralds because of its huge damage.
I don't see the reason to lag your game with another Shockwave proc when you one shot 95% of it.
It should be higher DPS, but not higher hit. So in my mind it is worthless in the current state of the game.
It has knockback and really poor stats as a weapon. Really not the best of the best.
Grandfather best corrupt is +ED and random option
Enchants: 10x ED
Sockets: 1 Physical Colossus Jewel, 5 Star Facets, OHM Rune or ED rare jewels
Armor - Tyrael's Might
Can't beat self wield Tyrael's Might.
Enchants: PDR or Max All Resistances.
Sockets: Star Facets - ED Rare jewels
Helm - Panda's Pelt
It just the helm that turn you into a bear. Uptier it to get 4 sockets.

Gloves - Any ED Unique Gloves / Crafted Crushing Blow Gloves
Greedy Damage pick. Crafted is what you want.

Boots - Stallion Hooves / Zero Effect
Stallion Hooves are 99% of your gameplay. Zero effect for ancients.
Enchants: FRW is nice, MaxHP for ultralate game.
Belt - Ogre's Embrace / Kashya's Ward
Defensive slot. Ogre's covers Poison res on its own.
Kashya makes you immune to elements.
Both have PDR. Ultra late game Kashya will perform naturally better.
Enchants: Low Priority Enchant. 50HP or 4PDR.
Amulet - Crafted +2 All skills 35 WD / The Vanquisher
Any amulet will do as a start. Craft your first 2as, Vanquisher is end of the road.
I don't even have it but its BiS without competition.

This ring for this build = Perfection.
Enchants: +Lots of options. Common choices are Max HP, PDR.
