A highly experimental hybrid Sorceress build that combines Enchant buffed Skeletons, Multishot Bow Attacks, and Energy Shield for survivability.
Base: Upgrade Long Battle Bow twice → Crusader Bow
Sockets: 6
Socketed: 6x Fire Jewels
Upgrades: 10x Fire Damage upgrades
Upgrades: 3x Fire Skill upgrades
Socketed: 4x Fire Jewels
Upgrades: 5x All Res and Max Res upgrades
Socketed: 2x Fire Jewels, 2x All Skills Jewels
Don't use ‘Fade’, you must use ‘Bust of speed’
Upgrades: 3x Projectile Pierce (crucial for bow attacks)
20% Chance to cast Level 5 Lower Resist on hit
+20% Attack Speed
+25% Pierce
Optional, but synergizes well with the build
Crafted with +1 All Skills and Elemental Damage affixes
Upgrades: 3x All Stats + Res
Strength: Enough to wear gear (e.g., armor requirement is high)
Dexterity: Enough for gear
Vitality: Skip
Energy: Dump the rest (for Energy Shield tanking)
Enchant – Max
Warmth – Max
Fire Mastery – Max
Energy Shield – 1 point
Telekinesis – Max
Rest of points into Energy Shield
Skip entirely
Weapon: Infinity (Conviction Aura)
Helm: Battle Prowess (grants Fanaticism Aura)
Armor: Flexible (Merc rarely dies due to skeletons tanking)
Note:
Even with Fanaticism aura, you still need Burst of Speed to hit IAS breakpoints unless you socket 4x IAS jewels. Shadow Trick remains essential.
IAS: Must reach 102 IAS if relying only on Fanaticism – impractical without Burst of Speed
FCR: 63% FCR is sufficient for teleport
Pierce: Gloves + Quiver gives enough
Fire Pierce: Easily capped with jewels & gear (over -115)
You absolutely have to skip bosses. Are you listening? If you try to kill bosses in an 8-player game, you're going to regret it.
This build brings to life a classic fantasy – Enchanting your own minions instead of relying on a Necro friend. While not the most meta or efficient build, it offers a fresh and creative gameplay experience in D2R Reimagined. Perfect for players who want to try something different and have fun doing it.
