Health and Mana potions have been upgraded to be percent-based if your HP or Mana are high enough. Health regeneration speed has been normalized to be equal to Mana regeneration speed.
Potions now provide either a flat amount of regeneration, or a percentage of the character's max pool, whichever is higher:

Magic Find, Experience and Sunder potions have been added and have a 30 second duration.
Potions can be purchased from vendors in all acts.
Potion effects do not stack - drinking another potion of the same type just resets the duration.
Sunder potions will break immunities similar to a sunder charm. The effects last 30 seconds and you can have multiple potions active. Unlike the sunder charms there are no negative effects that these potions give.
