Health and Mana potions have been upgraded to be percent-based if your HP or Mana are high enough. Health regeneration speed has been normalized to be equal to Mana regeneration speed.
Potions now provide either a flat amount of regeneration, or a percentage of the character's max pool, whichever is
higher:

Magic Find, Experience and Sunder potions have been added and have a 30 second duration.
Potions can be purchased from vendors in all acts.
Potion effects do not stack but drinking another potion does extend the duration by an additional 30 seconds.
Sunder potions will break immunities similar to a sunder charm. The effects last 30 seconds and you can have multiple potions active. Unlike the sunder charms there are no negative effects that these potions give.
